But, I do not do things that get in the way of my morals or me being portrayed in a negative way. My team leader understood and told me that I did not have to work the event and stated that she would exploit to switch out jobs for me. Although I never worked that day or was able to switch jobs, I was happy with myself that I devote my foot down and stood up for what I believed in.
